The Foliate Way Moon Journal
The Foliate Way Moon Journal
A guided journey through thirteen lunar cycles of reflection, intention and personal growth.
The Foliate Way Moon Journal invites you to slow down, look inward and reconnect with the natural rhythm of the Moon. Beginning with the New Moon and moving through each phase to the Dark Moon, every lunar cycle offers space to set intentions, observe changing energies, record dreams and reflect on your own unfolding journey.
Each of the thirteen cycles includes gentle guidance, meaningful prompts and dedicated pages for:
New Moon intentions
Waxing Moon reflections
Full Moon insight and gratitude
Waning Moon release
Dark Moon rest and contemplation
Dreams, signs and personal observations
The journal also includes access to a specially created guided Moon meditation. A QR code within the book leads to a dedicated page where you can listen whenever you wish to pause, reconnect and spend a quiet moment beneath the Moon’s influence.
You do not need any previous knowledge of lunar work to use this journal. Simply begin where you are, write honestly and allow each cycle to reveal its own story.
Created on the shores of the Solway in Cumbria, The Foliate Way Moon Journal is a companion for anyone seeking greater reflection, intuition and connection with the rhythms of the natural world.
Follow the Moon. Trust the cycle. Let each phase guide you home to yourself.

Moonlight Meditation
Breathing with the Lunar Cycle
This gentle guided Moon meditation invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and follow the natural rhythm of the lunar cycle through waxing, fullness, waning and darkness.
Beginning with the first crescent of possibility, you will breathe with the Moon as its light grows towards fullness. The journey then turns towards release, reflection and the renewing stillness of the dark Moon.
This meditation may help you to calm a busy mind, clarify an intention, recognise what has reached completion and release thoughts or feelings you no longer need to carry.
Find a quiet place where you can remain undisturbed. Sit or lie down comfortably, allow your hands to rest naturally and give yourself approximately ten minutes to experience the complete meditation.
You can return to this meditation during the New Moon or Full Moon, at the beginning or end of a lunar cycle, or whenever you need a few moments of peaceful reflection.
Written and created by Michael Arluna Celestial.
Music: “Moonsong” by Adrian von Ziegler.
